These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fix It All Genie LLC website and services. By using our website or contacting us for service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Estimates and Scope of Work
Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and is subject to change if project conditions differ from what was described or observed. Final scope of work may be confirmed in writing (text/email/invoice/estimate approval).
2) Scheduling and Access
Appointments depend on availability and may be rescheduled due to weather, materials, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
3) Changes and Additional Work
If you request additional work or conditions require it, we will communicate any pricing or scope changes before proceeding when reasonably possible.
4) Payments
Payment terms are provided on the estimate/invoice. Payment is due as stated. Past due balances may result in work being paused until resolved.
5) Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other customers.
6) Photos and Media
If you submit photos or videos for an estimate, you confirm you have the right to share them. We may use submitted media only for estimating, project planning, and documentation unless you explicitly grant permission for marketing use.
7) Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fix It All Genie LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
9) Warranty / Workmanship
Any workmanship warranty, if offered, will be stated on your estimate or invoice. Normal wear, customer-supplied materials, pre-existing issues, water intrusion, structural movement, and conditions outside our control are excluded.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
